ive got the goslings under the heat lamp an the thermomiter say its about 30 degress is that about right ??

As long as they have space so they can move away if too hot.

if they scatter around the edge of the brooder box, its too hot,

if they huddle right under the lamp, its too cold.

if they are milling about.... its spot on.

just raise and lower depending on their behaviour

Like Babe say's watch them and see what they are doing.

Gradually wean them off the heat, by the time they're 2 weeks they shouldn't need it.

Also get some grass & or dandilion leaves for them to peck at tie them up if possible it will stop them pecking each other
