Aldi veg

Was in aldi this morning, noticed they have what looked like quite well established plants, peppers, chilli's, aubergine and a few others for £2.99 each, in case anyone needs to play catch-up  :)
It's like a jungle sometimes, it makes me wonder how i keep from going under......

I bought one of their cherry tomato hanging baskets which is full of flowers.  Fingers crossed for a good crop.   :)

i looked at them. can you tell me can i plant them direct into the soil in my polytunnel or leave it in it/s bucket.i know nowt about sweet peppers. cheers  .wrinkly1 :blush:

I bought one each of the yellow and red chilli plants (not that I really needed any more)... only bought as they are a lot further ahead than my others. Will be interesting to see how hot (or not) they are.

I bought a couple of their cucumber plants yesterday, purely as it was something that I hadn't planned on growing and so hadn't sown but they were too lovely to leave. They are well established plants that are already in flower, I'm hoping to at least have a small harvest :)
