 My magic mix,  Take a bowl that has gradually filled up all day with maybe some or any of the following :-
W/up liquid, hand soap, potato scrapings, rinsed out tins - before recycling, ditto yogurt cartons, juice from plates from cut up fruit.   Bits of egg shell, anything either rinsed or strained through the colander, dregs from rinsed out tea/coffee mugs etc etc, In fact anything that bares reference to water.    My flower tubs and veg all look very happy and haven't had a feed apart from my magic mix    Mrs Bouquet

Be careful with vegetable cooking water, if you add salt to yours. Salt water can kill plants

No, I am ok on the salt, I am only allowed 2mg per day, which is really hard, because there is that much salt, naturally in food without adding.  I haven't got any salt in the house (apart from D/washer Salt !) That's because of my Menieres
