Organic vs Non-Organic growing

I'm a newbie to grow your own, so I apologise in advance for asking this.

If I buy regular seeds i.e. non-organic and grow them organically (using organic growing media), will the results still have traces of pesticides/non-organic fertilisers that might have been used to produce the seeds.
Hope this makes sense.

we buy only non organic seeds and some of the seeds as Mum says are treated seed and our sweet corn seed is treated seed and as are  some pea seed but that's not a problem because we always sow these seeds with gloves

some years ago I always used to dress my seed with a seed dressing but that's not available for the home gardener as I understand it now
