Been up the plot a couple of times.  Today pulled most of the scrawny leeks and the undersized celeriac.
Only my second year at the plot and certain that last year's leeks were fatter;  can't remember varieties this year  but remember doing Bandit and Musselborough in 2023.  Think I'll go for Musselborough next time.

Dug up last of the leeks yesterday. Just over 2kg & with stored spuds, they're now several litres of leek & tatie soup in the freezer.
Another 250g of flower sprouts/kalettes.
200g mixed salad leaves from the greenhouse.

Seeing a few menti9ns of getting up the last parsnips I thought it would be a good idea if I cleared the bed ???
Well I stopped at this lot, didn’t realise there were so many still, more for another day too.
Another picking of psb and last but 1 sprout stalk, some were a bit better size wise.
