Yesterday was leftover meatballs made into calzone (folded pizza made into a pasty), plus salad.  OH also had oven chips as one source of carbs was not enough ... apparently  ::)

It was supposed to be salmon, but hubby has been up all night with a sickness & diarrhoea bug, so I’ll probably scrap the salmon idea, although I was fancying spicy noodles to go with mine! Might use up some time f the leftovers from the fridge, there’s fish pie, lamb hotpot or chicken & chorizo bake soup  or I could have the lot & call it tapas?

Lards, I took your advice & gave the hotpot a wide berth & went with the soup but for good measure threw in a slice & a half of whole meal toast & a cheese triangle

I think the even the hotpot would have been a better bet than yesterdays dinner  >:(

Chicken tonight, with a mushroom and peppercorn sauce and probably mash and mixed veg.  The plan is to make extra so I have filling for a pie ... mmmmm pie  :tongue2: .

Tonight I ended up with the leftover fish pie & cheese & biscuits as hubby managed a cup of tea & a couple of biscuits. Tomorrow the salmon will get cooked, whether we eat it is another matter

I made a nice thick Tromboncino soup (just 1 left now) with some fresh baked sunflower seed bread.
Greek yogurt and honey afterwards  :)

Chicken dinner. If I can find enough real spuds with roasties, if not I'll have to resort to the emergency mash in the freezer, leeks for a change and a few carrots.
