Raised beds

Could i use this stuff to make up some raised beds.  Im only thinking about 8-12 inch how long would it last its got a plastic coating of some kind maybe powder coating.

Seems to be this stuff. Seeing at it's intended to roof buildings, provided it's manufactured to the specifications for that use it could well outlast you!
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

It would certainly be unique  :D

One thing that occurs to me, is that I'd make sure I knew how hot it got in direct summer sun, before putting plant roots right next to it
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Lol i would get hot I'm the summer i guess the area they would be in is shaded until noonish as its right next to the trees on my plot grrrrrr.  I would take them down but they are close to the road and not being insured to carry out the work i don't really want to unless i have to.     

Do you thik i have a market for ready cooked spuds then  :D will be making track after lunch to get some work done.
