Last-but-one of last year's home grown roasted tomato/shallot/garlic/courgette/parsley sauce from the freezer.

Tuna mixed in, stirred into pasta, grated cheese on top - one of my favourite meals, and so easy (I wasn't saying that last year when I was endlessly prepping and cooking the sauce ingredients! )
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

Today, Mrs R made a full Sunday pork roast dinner, with all the trimmings, stuffing, crackling etc and we used the first of my overwintered cabbage, it was absolutely delicious!

I'll give Patak Madras spice pot a miss in future. :( Worth a try.

I did a fresh loaf this afternoon and I've been cutting slices and covering in real butter since - not sure I can manage a proper meal this evening.  ::) What is it with freshly made warm bread ?

Got a load of mushrooms free from work yesterday, plus some baby corn, so we had stir-fry with chicken.

Have either had quick cook meals or late night snacks after getting home from work for too many days now.  I feel a proper dinner coming on with potatoes and spoon standing  :)
