P.O.G.
« on: July 27, 2012, 16:31 »
Managed to start my P.O.G. yesterday, pressure built up overnight in the F.B.,started gluging this afternoon, happy days.
Just finished my beer kit bitter with 300 grams of crystal malt in it, I shall really miss it.
Waiting for my stout kit with 400 grams of choc. malt in it to finish in the pressure barrel.
Planning to dry hop my next kit.
What are you supping at the moment?

Im musing over my next brew. The cherry/blueberry stuff was frankly foul it can stay in the DJ's until Im brave or desperate enough to drink it (slowly).

I'm considering a POG or a PAG whilst drinking the ginger wine.

Eyup Lardman I find a dollop of lime, cherries and berries, or vimto cordial can make most brews palatable, cheers.
