Tea wines
« on: July 15, 2012, 07:23 »
I have had a lot of success making wine from flavoured teabags, (Twinnings Raspberry is really good)
6 flavoured treabags
2 strong ordinary tea
1 tsp  Citric acid
1 tsp yeast including nutrient
1 oz raisins (ground up)
1 kilo of sugar.

##### boil and steep all 8 teabags for 2 minutes in 2 pts water, throw away teabags. Add more water up to 1 gallon, let it cool, add sugar, yeast, citric and raisins into 1 demijohn. wait 3 weeks, let it clear and drink....SIMPLES!
