Yet more medicinal benefits of red wine have been claimed.  I readit in the Mail, so it must be true!    But is this benifit restricted to wines made from grapes?   Do we gain any benefit from wine made from elderberries, sloes, damsons etc?           Cheers,     Tony.

I believe that is what they said in an old article, a new article hasn't sourced the benifitial areas,  but elderberries etc, have skins also ? ? ?    Cheers,    Tony.

They do indeed. But I've seen articles about certain health promoting goodness in grape skins particularly, not just in the redness of fruit skins in general..
