I got another 10 demi0-johns from freecycle and the local fruit and veg shop had an offer on strawbs (2 punnets for a £1) so I bought 4 and I am now making strawberry wine CJJ Berry style.

I have made strawberry wine from fresh fruit and tinned, both have resulted in a nice summer wine.

I like to add a small handfull of fresh, chopped mint leaves to the primary, they give a lift to the finished flavour.
