I don't think I stand a chance of winning, as it's the first pumpkin I've ever grown but I have to admit, I'm enjoying just having something grow so well!!

Is there a prize for best virgin pumpkinner?   :D :tongue2:

Hey - we could have a game of forum monopoly - "Go directly to the norty step, do not pass the plot gate", buy up vacant plots, build sheds on them, get cards from the community shop.....

I shouldn't have suggested that, should I?

Yes I think you should test that feature of the game, for suggesting it.  :D

i wondered if we could enter please?? i know i need a few more posts but would like to if thats o.k

had to bring our 1st pumpkin home today as the stem had snapped as it had fell over in the bad weather its the biggest thing we have ever grown.

the second one is a little way behind this but they seem to be the talk of the allotment. its been lovely to share this as they all ask 'how big this week??' and the suggestions of what to do with them after

heres a pic if i manage to load it up  :D its 61inchs all the way around and 31 kilos in weight  the 2nd one is ....................???? we'll have to wait and see  ;)
