I'm sorry, but it's the time when everyone with a radiogram - especially one with a smoked dark plastic lid - has to tell us their favourite gardening songs!
It's the rules, so no slackers please!
Here's my first offer: -

The Laughing Gnome..David Bowie

A large glass of 'dandelion wine' goes to you, Grinling!
Great opener, and setting the scene for several hundred more posts of course!
Cheers!

Growster have you been looking at my record player ?
Here is my song. " How many kinds of sweet flowers grow in an English country garden". Roger Whittaker ?
I am sure somebody will put me right if it wasn't Roger. Mrs Bouquet
-
MB, it was Jimmie Rogers but you were close. I had to look it up because I heard this song as a child and Roger Whittaker wasn't around then but I think he also sang it. I can only think of one song and it's for children - "All around the daffodils. One, two, three."
-
Gg, can you please sing or la la la that one, I don't remember it  Mrs Bouquet
-
Tiptoe through the tulips. Tiny Tim.
-
Tulips from Amsterdam, Max Bygraves I think.

MB, I've been singing and la-la-la-ling it as loud as I can. Perhaps if you opened your windows you might just hear it as long as the wind is in the right direction!
