Thinking of building my own lean to greenhouse, .what to use ,glass or new styled  plastics, any suggestions will be appreciated.

Depends on what you prefer, I like glass personally but some people won't have glass because they have children about. There probably some technical properties that plastics have over glass and vise versa.
