Our Allotment is Full
I'm 25 and have been waiting for an allotment for ages, then moved house! Back to square one on the waiting lists! I can't wait for a plot...I know how hard it's going to be but I'm up for the challenge and I want to grow my own veg to save money even though I'm single and no children.
I want to be as efficient as possible starting small scale with a composter and water butt. My wellies are at the ready!!

The issue I have come across with younger people is the fact they have no idea what an allotment is as they are so rare! Most of my friends didn't have a clue...they thought allotments were only available in rural areas.
