Good afternoon everyone,  a queary for the aquatic 'cleverclogs' .

We have a new dwarf water lily and it seems that there is only going to be three leaves!  As one leaf dies another is going over and a third just breaking the water surface.  Will the leaf producion line speed up and have a show of healthy green leaves?
