Has anyone experience of pot grown tulip bulbs?

I plant some in pots by the front door, most years ;)

Yes, have done them in pots before. First year in the pot, and then plant them out into the garden for subsequent years.

Oddly enough, I have just planted up some into a pot -- Princess Irene  :D :D
