Thought you might like to see how the garden has bloomed.  Still some blooming to do
Freesia, Dahlia and whirleygig osteospermum (from a cutting the whirley.  Gaillardia from seed.

Marigold, violas, and busy lizzies.  Marigold from seed (jolly japes by suttons).  Must remember that combo for next year the pale lilac violas with the pink busy's.

Try Calendula lancashire....gal, very hard to go wrong with them and the seed is a fair price i.e lots of seeds for the price, and if you are lucky they will self seed for following years.  Also direct sow.  Geranium are easy and a bit care free don't mind too much if you forget to water them, probably easiest to buy a plant though, cutting of these are easy.  Marigolds believe it or not from seed aren't always as easy as they look, think the seed needs to be fresh, and they can be lost to slugs.  Anyway I could go on and on. LOL

Thanks Yorkie, the photos are partly for recording what to do next year and partly showing off Haha.
