Help me with the birds and the bees

Now I know I should know this but I don't. My cucumber is happily growing in my kitchen window. Now the plan is to leave it there but i don't know if it needs bees and insects to help with the babies.

LOL

Also it is now about 1 metre high and has lots of flower buds and tiny cukes (I think) behind them. Do I leave these all on or take some off? There are about 15 of these and at some points 3 from one place.

I have grown cukes very successfully for the last 3 years but TBH it was more good luck than anything else (I stuck it in the green house and watered it) I wanted to be a little more educated this year.

Can you tell us the variety as some mustn't be pollinated but ridge type ones have to be

It is a femspot

If It's a femspot, then I think it's an all female (all the flowers have a cucumber growing behind them, right?), and it doesn't need any fertilizing at all

Yes they all seem to have cukes behind them. Now the big question - do i leave on all the flowers or take some of them off?
