The rest of the smoked mackerel, with peas and a small jacket, is the plan.

A bit of a mash-up, left-over chicken in breadcrumbs, corn on the cob and a hardboiled egg, with a bit of salad stuff - curry mayo helped to bring it together  :D :D

Some steak burger thingies I got at work.  They had a lot of pepper in them which was OK, but that was all you could really taste

Anyway, with them we had oven chips and my new favourite side dish of oven roasted cabbage wedges.  Just rub them lightly with oil and seasoning, sling in a baking dish and roast for 15 minutes or so.  Works brilliantly with fresh summer cabbage from the plot  :D

I bought a nice piece of smoked Wiltshire ham, reduced to half price.  :)
I'm going to sous vide it for 8 hrs and have with lentils, veg and parsley sauce, yummo  :D

I grew a big seed crop of peas this year and have soaked and cooked all the surplus seeds.  They are in the freezer 'banked' for an autumn pea and ham moment.  I was thinking slow cooked gammon, peas and parsley sauce  :)

Last night was chicken curry, but not much chicken and lots of veg, as I was using up leftover meat.  Plot courgette and tomato made the base and lots of chopped plot greens wilted through last minute to bulk it out.

Roast ham & jacket potatoes, wish I’d bought a cabbage for coleslaw though :(

Chicken stir fried with spring onions and greens, plus noodles.

I found frozen gyoza wrappers locally, so made a load of dumplings for the freezer this afternoon.  There was some left over pork and veg filling left, so stir-fried that as a noodle topping :)

I'm cooking some chunky sausages from the butcher's box Stig brought for me, with peas and mashed swede. As it feels like late Autumn out there, there'll be spoon standing as well  ;)

Smoked haddock, the mash made from the  par-boiled potatoes that were supposed to be last Sunday's roasties but the chef forgot he had put them on  :D so went too far and turned to mush and green beans from the garden.
