do you have to dilute comfrey the same value as tomato feed . also do  I top out the tomato plants do I remove the lower leaves also lower leaves on cues have yellowed do I remove these they are in greenhouse as are cues. Hi all as you may see I am working under my wife hence the questions tony51

Hi Tony

The comfrey juice will need to be diluted but probably not as much as tomato feed, although it depends how concentrated you have made it. I tend to put about a mugfull in a watering can - it's not an exact science. yes, you can top off the tomatoes when they are as high as you want them to grow. People do remove some of the leaves from tomato plants once the fruit have formed to help them to ripen and to improve air circulation around the plant.

Sorry, don't know much abouts cues, although mine have done quite well this year  :)
