:tongue2: With the season approaching (I know some people barbie all year, but I find the ambient temp needs to be about 16c before it works well....thoughts?) I like some ideas, bit tired of my fav's, which are:-
Leg of lamb
Koftas
Chinese kebabs
Lamb burgers
Obviously the mighty sausage
Scallop, bacon & cucumber kebabs
Grilled Aubergine
Grilled courgette

don't know if you get them in UK but turkey wings are great for the BBQ , you get loads of meat on them , i just simmer them a little while first and then marinade them , love the burnt edges , yum yum .
we bought a concrete BBQ 99 euros last year its got a chimney an cooks great weighs a tonne once in place its there for life .
recipe slot sounds great .

This is mine, pay attention, its complex

Drink
Make Fire
Drink
Place Meat Over Fire
Drink
Turn Meat Over
Drink
Eat Cooked Meat
Drink

You can get a bit more creative, like you can load up water pistols with Drink and Drink that way
I'd advise against shooting someone with strong Drink near Fire
We use chemicals in this garden, just as god intended

Can I add
Sleep, snoring loudly, at the end
That would really finish off a great recipe
