runner & French beans
« on: November 27, 2019, 21:15 »
Hiya

I saved some runner and french beans for seeds for next year. After 2 weeks in the conservatory they not drying any more but they are still soft. Are they still going to be  good for seeds or failing that will they be ok for eating?

regards

If you want them to dry for seed put them somewhere warmer/dryer. You can eat them if you don't need want to dry them any more, though.
