I met up with a couple of old chums from the FIFTIES (no doubt), yesterday, and on the way back to our cars, we both agreed that these challenges are just so important to our 'wellbeing' (i.e. not going dolally)!

I'm still a crossword Sudoku fanatic and so is he, and Wordle is just as important, as the lateral thinking makes the 'game' so enjoyable!

I've got a handheld Sudoku game thingamajig that I still play, it must be at least 15 years old 
I used to get a daily paper for the word games and crossword, but the news got so depressing and then Covid stopped me shopping, so I got out of the habit of doing that.
Obviously when Wordle came along, I jumped straight in

There's a great app for a phone for Sudoku, Mum, and it's different from the bog-standard ones in the rags, as the initial layout is totally random - I mean maybe lots of numbers in one corner and nowhere else!!
