« on: February 17, 2010, 15:35 »
hello fellow growers.having had a long break of twenty years from allotment gardening we are keen to grow again on a smallerscale.we grew onions last year without much success.onions did'nt grow very big.we need some help.could it be fertiliser we used[standard onion fertiliser]or another reason.perhaps soil was'nt correct or depth of bed.we would appreciate any advice on this subject.look forward to hearing feedback ::l

Have a look on John's advice site on here or go to Robinson's Mammoth Onion web site - both should be good.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.
