Have any of you read 'the no work garden' by Bob Flowerdew?

Have just discovered it and it is a great read, a man after my own heart. Would recommend it for first time gardeners and allotmenteers.

Another one for my wish list!  Certainly looks interesting but what I have read by the Flowerdew hasn't actually impressed me much. Perhaps this one will.

I bought a book of his and it felt really 'dashed off', lacking in substance.
Once bitten, twice shy.
Yet when I hear him on GQT he seems to have a great depth of knowledge and lots of interesting ways of looking at things.

I met him at last year's Dundee Flower and Food Festival. He was a guest speaker and I do the PA announcements. He's very good at audience Q&A sessions.

I met him in a bar when he was doing GQT locally, he is a really nice genuine guy with loads of good ideas. Ive got some of his books and they are really useful.

Am a big fan of Mr Flowerdew as he talks such sense that appeals to us new to lotties. Gives me the courage to ignore all those old blokes on the lottie who continually say that I am doing it wrong!

I've just requested it in the library - they're getting it from North Chingford - don't know what that says about the book...
Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.
