I've 'rescued' two ducklings that had both, at different times, gone lame and were therefore unwanted  . The first has healed itself very nicely with minimal interference and just a little time; the second, although growing at a cracking pace, is less happy. It's leg is bent inwards, so much so that it has been standing on it's own feet! it can get about but is very clumsy. 

Is this a badly healed bone or Perhaps a variation on spraddle leg?
