conifer chippings
« on: March 31, 2020, 14:58 »
I am trying to get chippings for my allotment, and have been offered conifer chippings. I know they can be acidic, but I want only them for paths so in practice will it matter?  Anybody tried it?

I've used them on my pathways at the plot before with no apparent problems.

Your brassicas might not like being too close to them, and be careful about slipping on them.  But otherwise it's worth a go?
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
