Sowed salisfy, carrots, spring onions and three garlic.

Also did more digging, removing of weeds and rubble it's slow work and one day it'll be finished. Hopefully
All the way from my allotment in beautiful Derbyshire. I'm in year 3 of my allotment and wish I'd caught the bug years ago, things growing from strength to strength

Sowed the next 2 rows of carrots - 'Yellowstone' - my favourite!

Cleared the strawberry patch of dead leaves and runners and fed them with some organic granular soft fruit feed (I'm not religiously organic but if the option is there then I take it ;)

Cut down last years herbs (the dead flower stems).

Planted some more tatties - 'Vales Sovereign'

Picked Dandelion heads for H.F-W's dandelion marmalade :D

Well dandelion root can be used to make dandelion & burdock (and if you ferment it slightly tastes even better).

Sundays Countryfile had some bloke make dandelion pakora's, mind I suppose you could go Japanese and make tempura...

Finally finished the hedging whoop! Now I can get on with doing something constructive.

Might make some newspaper pots tonight if I can find some newspaper...

Spent time weeding around the raspberry bushes that we have found on our new allotment.  Then husband arrived with some pallets that he had acquired.

This evening planted some seeds to place on the window sill at home so that we are growing whilst still clearing beds on the lottie.....feels like we've been very productive

sowed some fenugreek seeds. i'm not sure if they will grow well in UK but worth a try to see. soaked in water overnight which swelled to double the size and sowed outside in 4 rows. would be interesting to see the results and if they retain a strong fragrance.

I have some fenugreek seeds going. Sowed them in modules a couple of weeks ago and they're doing really well in the greenhouse. It's a bunny favourite. I even had to hide the seeds so they didn't eat them.

Inspected all seedlings in father in laws greenhouse sprouting getting ready to be planted out. All really exciting with being a newbie.
Hoping for some planting weather this week. And prepare bed ready for giant pumpkins.

Done a reserve click collect on a sankey water butt online with big DIY retailer only to be told when went to collect it they out of stock grrrrr.
