I’ve not posted for a couple of weeks as my back has been so bad. Happily it seems to be on the mend now. Answering a reader's question on bonfire ashes.

Good news to hear you are finally on the mend  :)  Constant pain, cramps and a lack of sleep are not a great combination  ::)

Poor Val has been living with Mr Very Grumpy - now just Mr Bit Grumpy at Times  :D
