Damaged toe on a duck
« on: August 28, 2011, 23:48 »
Hi I have a duck who seems to have damaged one of her toes, on examination it is swollen at the joint. She is lame. Not really sure what to do for her, any ideas.

does the joint feel warm? if so she may have broken it, so may need a splint fitting to her foot.
Just found this on duck rescue:-
