Please could anyone tell me the best way to build a raised bed on concreate  preferably it would need a base so it can be moved without soil everywere if needed

We made ours out of reclaimed decking boards, never put a bottom on it tho' I took them out about a month ago it was really easy to remove the soil and clean up the concrete underneath.
