Hello does any one know the contact phone number for British gas in the UK ,I'm trying to sort a mates gas bill out and all I can get is an advisor in Delhi who wont speak to  me or my mate because my mate is deaf dyslexic and has learning difficulties ,wont go into the details of the conversation but the advisor was very disabled discriminating and upset my mate after I signed what she had said , ,need to chat to a human being in England    Jezza

Good on you for helping your mate, even better that you have learned sign language!  My son is learning ASL (American sign language) in school.

Jezza, you might be worth getting in touch with some agency for people with additional needs here or if he’s old enough what about age uk?

He gets no physical  help from any one ,he has universal credit ,but no other benefits available for him,been rejected for PIP 3         
 times as his scores dont meet the criteria needed to get it  jezza

It may be worth checking out what support charities can offer.  Age UK are very good, but there are others as well.
