If you've made it the way I do - chopped mint and vinegar - ypu might try popping it in the freezer in ice cube trays

I always make a load and pot it into small jam jars.  Lasts for ages, because of the vinegar!

I think it's best freshly made grannie, so that the leaves don't actually get pickled just fresh and sitting in vinagar.

Don't worry Auntie, I don't like the stuff, its only for the OH!!!!!  And he loves it as it comes!!!!!!

So does his youngest son.  Eats mint sauce with EVERYTHING .  Has vinegar with everything too.  Stupid boy, even puts it on his cheese and crackers!!!!!

Try heating up a pork pie in the microwave, and eat with hot mushy peas, with mint sauce on the pie. Brilliant.

Ice cube tray is a good method. Bang mint, sugar & vinegar into liquidiser. Whizz - pour into tray, knock out & bag when frozen. Easy!
