« on: February 19, 2013, 20:18 »
Hi, I've started some sprouts in a man   made propagator s one has poked though do I now take the lid off or wait until more start  showing
All the way from my allotment in beautiful Derbyshire. I'm in year 3 of my allotment and wish I'd caught the bug years ago, things growing from strength to strength

By sprouts o you mean Brussels sprouts? If so you never need put them in a propagator. Leave them out the way in a cold greenhouse, make sure they don't dry out and neglect them until ready to plant out. If you mean you are sprouting seeds for micro greens etc, remove the prop cover as soon as you see them germinating.
