If I don't recognise the number I don't answer the phone. They can always leave a message if it's authentic.

Some of the authentic scams used to leave messages till I got rid of the landline.

Got one from Liverpool yesterday, and it interrupted a decent bit of Spotify, so I was well miffed!

Checked the number on line just now and saw it was supposed to be from a moron with a foreign accent, so that got locked PDQ!
