What is the ambient humidity of the room?

Can you try a different hygrometer?  I bought a second hygrometer after the first one was measuring the inside of my RCom 20 to be 60+, and the second one said it was 45, just as the incy was set.

My ambient RH tends to be quite high as the room isn't used for much.

I had loads of problems with the temp and humidity regulation on mine. Ended up buying one of those weather temp and humitity Gauges at the garden centre (just the little one about the size if a pack of cards) found that both the temp and humidity calibration were off and since reset things have worked a lot better.
