I realise that this topic had been briefly aired a couple of weeks ago. However if anyone had this surgical procedure are they able to share their experiences such as:
How long before the afflicted hand could be used?
If it was your dominant hand, usually the right one, any tips on coping that you can share?
How did you cope with showering etc until dressing removed? Rubber glove?
I'm due to have the operation next month and would really appreciate hearing about other people's experiences, please.
