Right, you don't want a 'fish' (or Mulberry doesn't want fish, okay,) have been through my box today have come up with this.

Potatoe and Mushroom en Croute.

Boil 1lb new pts until tender (sliced) pat dry. Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry 1 chopped onion until soft add 1lb mixed mush stir in 2 tbsp thyme, 2 tbsp parsley.    Roll out some puff pastry into a rectangul. Mix garlic to tasted with 2 tbsp with 2 tbsp creme freche.  Put 1/3 cheese on pastry, layer pots, dot with garlic mix, 1/2 mush mix, pot and then build up layers ending with cheese.  Fold over pastry lid, seal and cut slits in top, bake 25 mins at gas 7 or 220 C.

Do have another one if you like cous cous and feta cheese along the same line, let me know!
