Naughty! put in a saucepan and make stock.

However. At the end of the allotment session, contemplating what I have done and what needs doing tomorrow. Over a glass of wine that is. :-)

Hmm this is a tricky one, gardening it’s got to be sowing seeds, such promise of wonderful things to come. Otherwise it might be making jams & chutneys & filling my larder cupboard with them & feeling very smug when I look at them  :D

Mine is research with problem-solving. Doesn't matter what it's about, I just love going it!
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

It would be easier to answer if you had asked my least favourite job   Mrs Bouquet

 ;)

Least favourite job becomes my favourite after it's done - 100' garden with privet hedges to both sides, the far end, and also in the smaller front garden.
I hate the prospect of dragging my aching bones out to tackle it, but it does look so much better afterwards, and I have the added bonus of not having to attempt a limbo dance to walk up the garden (someone laid the 18" paving slab paths too close to the hedges - not me!  :tongue2:)
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

I've enjoyed washing and putting all the pots away when the crops are planted out - like beans, courgettes, toms etc, there's so much room in the GH, and you realise that all the hardest jobs are finished, and it's hoeing, weeding, watering, mowing etc to come...

I love checking my tomatoes in the greenhouse,  tying them further up the cane as they're growing and picking off the side shoots.
Can be in my greenhouse for ages as lose track of time  ;)

Mine are usually filthy, Snows, but this year, I had a spare half-hour, filled the wheelbarrow with water, rinsed the lot, then used the dirty slop on the broad beans...

They loved it!
