Title: French & Runner Bean Problem
Post by: gedgemeister on June 30, 2013, 21:19
I am currently growing french and runner beans. I have notuced that some of the bottom leaves at thefoot of the plants are going brown and some dying. They continue to climb but I worried about whether they will fruit very well. I didn't notice this last year (my first year).

Can anyone offer any advice?

One thing is certain it is not Blight which is the thread you have posted in !And while I stand to be corrected I would suggest a feed of BFB and a lot of water  :)

I have split this off the thread on which you posted it, (the link to the Blight FAQ).

And I've now split Sparky's reply off that thread and merged it into this thread!

I'm now off to lock that topic as it only there to point the way to the FAQ thread.
