Not being a pastry chef I dont know the name of them, but i do know there French, like a custard tart, but a lot more yummy, anyone know the name of the tart, and then I can google the recipe... thanks

It could be, but i have only seen them in small (like the traditional custard tart like individual cases) they have a chewy type filo pastry, they have a very eggy taste to them
