Worming
« on: May 02, 2011, 08:46 »
Morning all!

I wormed the girls about 4 months ago however a couple of them are doing very watery poos at the moment, although there are no signs of worms in them. I know this can be due to other things but would like to be safe and worm them again. I use flubenvet which should be administered every six months ish, am i ok to worm them again even though it has been only 4 months?

Cheers!

Steve

It will be fine to worm them again if you suspect they could have worms.  It will do NO harm.

Also note that, when the weather is warm chickens drink more, and therefore the faeces are looser too :)
