Here's a video of my B&Q greenhouse after February's breezes.

Not only is it a bad construction - it's pretty darned dangerous.

When one of the allotment neighbours said that the grrenhouse had gone 'again' (the glass went in November, which I replaced) I wasn't expecting to see this!!


The more that see the video, the more pressure I can put on B&Q (quoting the number of hits), but TO BE FAIR I haven't given them a chance to reply to my complaint.

Clearing all those bits of glass from the plot has been such a pain!

Have now heard back from B&Q and they say that they are not liable for storm damage.

So unless you can only predict good weather on your plot ... indefinitely ... my advice is to NOT buy a B&Q greenhouse.

Off to trading standards ...

i would not go to trading standards yet i worked for this company and i had to deal with complaints and the company hates them and wants to deaL WITH THEM QUICKLY SO CONTACT THE STORE AGAIN AND LET THEM KNOW THAT YOU WOULD LIKE IT ESCALATED TO REGIONAL LEVEL (oops caps :blink:) better still use there website to contact them
