leaf curling is not usually a problem, but is that water droplets on the leaves? Try to water the soil, not the plant as hot sunshine through the water will scorch the leaves

Yeah i've been watering them from the base ... now the sun has gone down i thought i would try a fine mist spray on the leaves to try and perk them up a bit , all the leaves are a nice green colour ... its just the curling of them that does'nt look right .
Thanks for the reply Mum  :)

Just been out and had a look , all the leaves are the same colour ... a deep rich green , on the picture it looks like the edges are lighter ... but this is just the back of the leaves showing .

I think they are fine then.  They will probably grow out of it and produce normal leaves again.

Keep them moist but not wet and feed with high potash fertiliser.

Those plants look very healthy. Suggestion: Put the potted plants in a tray and water into the tray. The plant will take up water from there and when its empty you just replace it. My 4 plants are currently taking two 4l milk containers each day. You will be surprised how much water they need. Irregular watering can lead to fruit splitting. Once a week I feed from the top into the soil.
By the way Asda tomato feed is in a green bottle. The posh people use red bottles because it is usually the branded type and dearer. :D

Cheers for that Ivor ... yeah the potted plants are in  tray's and watered from the bottom  , but i'm not giving them the amount of water your saying , maybe i will up the water rations on one of the pot plants and see it that cures it ... if it does i will follow suite with the rest of them  :)

That's because my plants were sown in January are currently 4 to 5 feet tall and producing fruit. Four have stayed indoors and three have gone into the greenhouse. My outdoor tomatoes have been planted and I should have continuation through to October.
