With great joy I can announce the forums are running fine as far as I can tell now. I was going to say - done a day early but it's Friday officially

However, I just realised my diary dates are all messed up

I don't know if it's just me - but have you noticed any speed improvements? It does seem a fair bit faster serving pages but that might be because we're quiet at the moment,

Definately running faster - I can tell when I go into the admin panel as that used to be quite slow.

And no nasty MySQL messages about too many users

so you can invite your friends round as well!

To be honest I have never had a problem using the site John. I've always found it fast and have never had any msq wotsit messages

(unlike one site I use that has nearly 30,000 members - always malfunctioning)

The offline problems were every so often but the speed was an issue. Bit annoying to say the least for me anyhow. I hope we don't get 30,000 members - I'll never cope :-)
