Anybody got a simple recipe for freezing strawberry or raspberry smoothies? can they be frozen?

I freeze the fruit whole and then mix them in the blender with fruit juice or other fruit that's not frozen, you could also throw some yogurt in the mix.  If you freeze an entire smoothie in a regular sized cup it can take awhile to thaw (which is why I just freeze the fruit and blitz it later).
