I just posted this in the cooking forum but thought I would also ask people here.

Just a question on warrigal greens - does any one know how to use them some sites say I have to boil them for three minutes two times before use because of high levels of oxalic acid, other sites say to eat them fresh like lettuce? any ideas

Wanted to ask what they were, but WG shed light on that in the cooking.

just steam it .use in quiche's etc ,its just spinach at the end of the day   loved my anuties steamed  fish wraps
