I must own up and confess that at the end of September, I bought 4 of these lovely plants, they were all in flower, so I put them in the pots in the flower beds, (Not dug in, just stood). My plan was that after my hols, I would check that I was happy with the colour formations and then plant. Well because of my splinted wrist, that hasn't happened.
Today I spent a couple of hours, tidying them up, and I am not really sure where to put them now. If there is room shall I put them in my unheated greenhouse, or shall I stand them outside, and keep fingers crossed.
What do you reckon ? Mrs Bouquet

I overwinter my potted Echinacia Cherry Brandy in the cold greenhouse, just to make sure - but have some planted that also seem to survive ok.
So yes, I'd bring them in - perhaps decide where to plant them next year - to save having to keep moving the pots?

Would you chop it back to the ground or leave all the dead flowers/stalks etc?
Cheers
